Please show rfc822 source of broken message, your functions/i18n.php, list
of enabled SquirrelMail plugins with version numbers, list of enabled PHP
extensions, PHP core and mbstring settings.

Some parts of interface might be broken, if you transition from iso-8859-1
interface to utf-8 and forget to convert user preferences, address books,
calendars and other data. If messages are broken in replies and forwards,
they were already broken before forwarding or replying.
