I have seen this starting 2.13.2010. It first started with IE7 and I thought it was an IE issue because I installed Firefox and all problems went away. I have started to hear troubles from customers using FF, IE, and Chrome. However, it seems as though if the customer has IE and doesn't have FF, I can install FF and problem goes away. If they have FF and not Chrome, install Chrome and problem resolved.
The only thing I can put my finger on is that they are all XP boxes. No issues with 7 or *nix.
