I installed Apache 2.2 and PHP 5.3.2 on a windows NT OS. The php5apache2.dll
file does not appear anywhere in the PHP installation. The install instructios
say to use the php5apache2.dll file in the loadmodule command in the Apache
httpd.conf file to integrate PHP with Apache. How do I get the
php5apache2.dll file?
