Never heard of anyone doing that.  But a quick search turned up some things:

You can export your filters with this add-on:

I don't know what format you'll get and how helpful it will or will
not be....  you can go get the filters directly, too:

So it's probably do-able.  I'd strongly advise you to consider a
server-side filtering solution, since filtering in SquirrelMail will
have performance impacts that Thunderbird does not.  Please read:
