Hi there, We just changed web guys, and when the new one reset up SM for us, I lost all my settings. I think I have them back except for one.
Before, when I would get to the office and open mail, all my messages would download and then when I got home and returned to SM, I could see the ones that were on my work computer as read (not highlighted), but now it seems I have lost that and even if the messages are downloaded onto my work machine they show up here as not read.
