Following this discussion, I thought: Shouldn't this plugin be included 
in the main source code (and checks be always enabled, not only with a 
plugin) as a safety measure?

How does this plugin tackle such "parallel" sessions? Does it cause 
termination of the initial session (when the second is attempting to 
start), does it disallow initiation of a new session (when one is 
active), or it may allow two parallel sessions running?
