It is NOT there. I ran SquirrelMail before, abt 3 years ago. I wonder whether
I installed the right package?
I download change_pass-3.1-1.4.0 tarball on /tmp. Decompressed it and Changed
config_example.php as config.ph. After reboot I can't find it there.

No error message found after reboot
