I am running Squirrelmail 1.4.23 on a raspberry pi, PHP7.0.33-0+deb9u6 and every now and again have to revert to Thunderbird because a message cannot be seen in whole or in part on Squirrelmail. Could this have anything to do with the Locale setting, namely en_ZA.UTF-8 UTF-8 ?
