We have a running mailserver with qmail, vpopmail, qmailadmin, vqadmin and sqwebmail installed. Everything seems to be working fine exept we sometimes get login problems with sqwebmail. When login to sqwebmail works it works perfect, but sometimes login results in "INVALID USER ID OR PASSWORD Please try again." even if user id and password is correct. Some users always gets this message, some users never gets this message and some users sometimes gets this message. It seems to make no difference if we replace @ with % during login. Giving the user a new password also makes no difference.
There is never any problems in reading the email with an ordinary POP3-client like Outlook Express, nor with other web-mail systems like Horde/IMP. Since it is sometimes working I find this difficult to troubleshoot. What can I have done wrong? Anybody with some good suggestions? I would be realy happy for some help.
