[sqwebmail] Forbidden?

I have a weird problem. When I try to reach sqwebmail, Apache server says 403 Forbidden.. What is the problem. sqwebmail is in "/var/www/cgi-bin/" and it has "-rwsr-sr-x" (what the hell is "s" by the way? script?).. I examined "/etc/httpd/httpd.conf" and "/etc/httpd/commonhttpd.conf" files. And everything seems alright there too...   ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /var/www/cgi-bin/   <Directory /var/www/cgi-bin/>  ;or like this, i cannot remember exactly, maybe only /cgi-bin/     Options ExecCGI </Directory> ... All seems to be ok. Could you please help me?     Note: I am a little new to the Linux. By the way I'm using Mandrake Linux 8.2, sqwebmail 3.3.1 Hakan ATA� h_atac@yahoodotcom
