I have PacBell as my ISP, I can't D/L squat. Is their another place (mirror) that isnt re-routing PacBell traffic?

Also, the tarball is now compressed with bzip2, which nicely cancels out the extra bloat from the updated toolchain's scripts. There were also a number of cleanups and rewrites to several internal modules. They have no externally-visible impact, except that perhaps some oddball system configuration might bust a fuse, or fuse. Hopefully these remaining glitches will be quickly cleaned up now. -- Sam
