Yes, kinda...
http://www.ip-based-domain-example.com/webmail
It contains an index.phtml, a user signs in with their username and
password, the domain is a hidden variable all this is passed onto
sqwebmail cgi.

Beats me if it's designed to do it or not, I found this to be the
quickest solution.
