Probably with '-g' if it's not there already, and make sure you do 'make
install' rather than 'make install-strip' otherwise the debug symbols will
be removed.

FastCGI isn't ready for prime-time yet. I haven't had time to debug it
further, and because Sqwebmail has such a low startup overhead (compared to
a Perl CGI, say) it's probably not going to give as big a performance gain
as you might expect.
