Hi everyone,
I'm currently experiencing a high number of zombie processes originated
from sqwebmail. Here's some lines from the output of a simple 'ps -aux':

vpopmail 10397 0.0 0.0 0 0 ? Z 11:30 0:00 [sqwebmail
<defunct>]
vpopmail 11815 0.0 0.0 0 0 ? Z 11:32 0:00 [sqwebmail
<defunct>]
vpopmail 13688 0.0 0.0 0 0 ? Z 11:36 0:00 [sqwebmail
<defunct>]

>From what i've seen, sqwebmail 'dies' everytime I send a message, even if I
can continue to browse and send e-mails without any problem. I have another
box with a very similar setup (but with Debian instead of RedHat) where
this problem isn't present.

The software I'm using is the following (compiled from scratch):

System: Redhat 9 (fully updated)
Apache: 1.3.28
Sqwebmail: 3.6.0
Qmail: 1.0.3
Vpopmail: 5.2.1

Anyone got some insights about this matter?

Thanks in advance,

--
Mario
