After reading your message, I tried SetEnv SQWEBMAIL_TIMEOUTSOFT 3600 in my /etc/apache/httpd.conf and it worked just fine. No error messages reported by Apache. Note that I made this edit within a virtualhost setup. Shouldn't make any difference whether a virtual host or the root server though. Kevin
