I was using a previous version of SQWebMail in which I manage to
configure the LDAP configurations.
I upgraded to the new version (3.6.0.20030922-1.7.3) and, without any
change to the configuration files, LDAP authentication stop working.
Now I have to authenticate with PAM and PAM-LDAP.
These are the configuration files:
----------------------------
authmodulelist="authldap authpam"
authmodulelistorig="authldap authpam"
daemons=5
version=""
authdaemonvar=/usr/local/share/sqwebmail/var/authdaemon
LDAP_SERVER server.my.domain
LDAP_PORT 389
LDAP_BASEDN correctBaseDN
LDAP_BINDDN correctBindDN
LDAP_BINDPW xxxxxxxxxxxxx
LDAP_TIMEOUT 5
LDAP_MAIL uid
LDAP_FILTER (objectClass=uceduveMailAccount)
LDAP_HOMEDIR homeDirectory
LDAP_CRYPTPW userPassword
LDAP_DEREF never
LDAP_TLS 0
There's absolutely no way this could possibly be a working LDAP
configuration in any version of sqwebmail.
The LDAP_UID and LDAP_GID attributes (or the GLOB defaults) are not
specified.
