[sqwebmail] PAM support for non-$HOME maildirs

Where does Sqwebmail expect MAILDIRs to be when using PAM authentication? Is this configurable? Right now I'm hosting multiple mail domains using authmysql for authentication. All my MAILDIRs are located in /usr/local/mail/domains/<domain-name>/<user-name>. I have a PAM library that will authenticate to my database and it can return the MAILDIR path if Sqwebmail's PAM authentication can make use of it.
