Hopefully a network operations centre should know:
(1) how to spell "unsubscribe"
(2) that subscription requests go to the admin address, not the mailing
list address; otherwise all that happens is that your request gets
resent to all the list members.
Try mailing to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", and/or
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
