Thanks Magnus. Does this patch cause all of qmail to use localtime or
just when it appends a Date: header field to the envelope? I would
prefer that the qmail time stamps (such as the Received: headers) be in
GMT while only the Date: header be added as localtime. Is that what
the patch does?
