encrypted password

Hello,

I want to use encrypted password with ldap (openldap) authentication, but it 
doesn't work (I use MD5 encryption in OpenLDAP). What encryption mode does 
sqwebmail support: MD5, SHAR, or ..., and what tool to encrypt a password 
that will be understood by sqwebmail?

Please help me and give me some hints.
