Aha - got it. You're a star. I didn't have a ScriptAlias in my SSL
VirtualHost directive. Now I've just got to sort out why nobody can log in ;)
Hm. How come qmailadmin works? It's also a binary, the same in every
respect to sqwebmail apart from ownership. Interesting.
