FastCGI

I am trying to set it up to use mod_fcgi in Apache. I couldn't find much
on doing this in INSTALL. I just installed mod_fcgi itself as a DSO.
What special configuration is needed? My server runs as user nobody, I
presume this means I need to use suexec. What's needed to compile fcgi
support in sqwebmail, devkit? I presume sqwebmail executable would also
be considered dynamic in fcgi terms. Thanks.
