Would anyone please help me?
I am setting SqWebMail-1.0 on my system, my system configuration is:
-RedHat Linux 6.2
-MySQL version 3.22.32
-qmail
I try to link SqWebMail with MySQL, but the system always reply some error messages.
As I input the configure command,
/configure --without-authpam --without-authpwd --without-authshadow
--without-authuserdb --without-authvchkpw --without-authcram --without-authldap
--with-authmysqlrc --with-authmysql --with-authdaemon
I ignore those other authentication modules since I only want to use mysql. I also
edit the sendit.sh.in for qmail installations.
Moreover, I edit the "authmysqlrc" file to match my MySQL setting. I follow the
commends and create the database named "sqwebmail" with "passwd" table.
After I type the above config command, I got the following error message:
checking for mysql_connect in -lmysqlclient... no
configure: error: --with-authmysql specified
I do not understand what is "-lmysqlclient". Is it a library or something else I must
get it in my system?
