message filtering through sqwebmail

I think I've burnt the candle at both ends a bit too long... I could
have sworn I had saved an email message talking about a CGI that works
with sqwebmail to define inbound message filters, but I can't find a
single thing.  I also looked around the various websites (quickly,
admittedly) and didn't see anything.

Does anyone have the info on this that I've misplaced?
