well currently it displays as :

but actually it sends:
Sun, 01 Oct 2000 21:05:58 GMT
in an correct (well if you call 2000 2 digits or RFC822 has been updated
for y2k compliance) foormat ... but in the 'sent'  folder it displays as 
23 May 2000, 09:05:58 PM

presumably sqwebmail is doing the timezone sums to convert the senders
time into the 'correct' local time .. its just we'd like it displayed as
24hr clock and GMT etc .. I've probably missed a config switch
somewhere....
