About the time of sqwebmail?????

Hello ,Everyone:

   Now I meet a problem about the time of sqwebmail.
   When I "spell check" my  new mail,its time stamp  is "Date: Tue, 17 Oct 2000 
17:48:46 GMT"   .
   But the system time stamp is "Tue Oct 17 09:48:41 GMT+8 2000".
   What's wrong???
