Yeah, this is the same problem that you have if you store your Maildirs on
an NFS server and the time is not synced. It has been a year and a half
since I looked at this, so my memory is no doubt rusty. But, basically
sqwebmail compares the timestamp on the sqwebmail-cache file to the
timestamp on the "cur" folders to see if it needs to rescan the directories
for changes. Or something like that.
