It depends on whether you have multiple domains or not.  If not, then make
the domain the default domain, and it'll work.  If you have multiple
domains, I believe SqWebmail can present the user with a drop-down menu of
domains.  But I haven't used it.

You could also write your own login screen in PHP or something that parses
the Host header, then sends the authentication info to SqWebmail.  I'm doing
something like that with IMP, but that was easy as IMP is written in PHP.
