Finally, a question about quota

OK, I use vpopmail 4.95, setting default user quota to 5000000 (5MB).

In terms of byte count, what is he exact number, is it 5*1024*1024=5242880?


How to check whether a user's quota exceeded?

I run "du -sk" on the user's directory and found out that some of them got
9113, which mean 9MB ???


How come they still receive mail ???
