This is a basic systems administration question.  You might be better off
asking a FreeBSD list as opposed to a mailing list devoted to a webmail
program.  All you should have to do is put it in your startup file (I
think under BSD it's /etc/rc.local, but I'm not sure about BSDish config
files) but under Linux it's /etc/rc.d/rc.local.  The information is
probably even on a FAQ on the FreeBSD page.  =)
