As I understand it, the feature is for added security if you KNOW that your
session will originate from the same IP throughout the session. If you are
behind a proxy or firewall (or multiple proxies) that may change your
source IP every HTTP request then you will need to uncheck the box.
It's documented somewhere... can't remember where.
