New to this release is a "Reply-To-List" function, and a quick addressbook
add.
There were a couple of medium-priority bugs fixed with soft quotas. If
you're using soft quotas you should upgrade. An upgrade is recommended
anyway, due to restructuring of configuration files. You might as well get
it over with now, rather than suddenly having to scramble later.
There are some changes to the upgrade procedure for configuration files.
You must read the release notes in order to know what you're doing. If
you're checking stuff out of CVS you will need to install a small script,
sysconftool, in order to install a new autoconf macro.
