I dont have any problem helping when I can. I programmed Windows C\C++ for 7
years and have recently converted to the open source community. Best move I
ever made.

You would think that would be the case. But to my knowledge it isnt.
I also use mysql and tried a couple of different configurations to make sure
before customizing qmailadmin to do what we needed. Inter7 has been real
careful
with the code to sqwebmail to ensure security. I believe they wrote it this
way so if
you couldnt run sqwebmail through a secure server that if the password was
sniffed
the main email program wouldn't be able to be accessed. So they gave the
option to
administrators to have a different password on sqwebmail.(In fact I probably
got this information from their documentation somewhere). I am sure I
remember reading it. I'm not saying it couldnt be added in. In fact I
believe it would be a great added feature. Ive been studying this code for
about 3 months off and on. We use this
program(qmailadmin,vpopmail-mysql,sqwebmail) for our Internet Access
customers as well as Web Hosting and virtual email servers. I'm not saying
you cant but just that I havent found a way to without writing an
athentication module for it, and the documentation doesn't seem to indicate
that it supports it already.
