Login directly to Create Message...

Anybody knows if there is a way to login and go directly to new message with 
an address inserted into To:?? 

I would like to chane my registry settings so every time i click on a mailto 
href i go directly to new message with the address inserted in the To: 
input.  Obviusly username and password are supplied.. 

Right now i just can login and go to folders page..
