--enable-https forces the use of https://your.ssl.server/cgi-bin/sqwebmail

Hence, if a client enters http://your.ssl.server/cgi-bin/sqwebmail it 
will automatically redirect to https.  It would be impossible to access 
sqwebmail without https.
