I hardly see how this is a sqwebmail problem.

Either post unedited logs and the users .qmail (and if it vpopmail the users
.qmail-user file from the domain and the .qmail-default).
I would venture to say that if qmail says its delivered, its delivered.  Now
if you tell it to do something after its delivered, thats your own fault.
