crash sending attachments if footer exist

sqwebmail 1.2.4
if  /usr/local/share/sqwebmail/html/LANG/footer exists :
"Send" in the "Create Message"......ok.
"Send" in the "Attachements" ......crash.
everything is ok without "footer".
help, please...
