maildrop and sqwebmail.

Following the instructions at

I've got mail drop installed with a functioning qmail/vpopmail/sqwebmail
system.

Is there a way to control the mail drop features through sqwebmail?

Also, in the sqwebmail interface, there is a section to enter the mailing
lists you are subscribed to.  What is that for?
