Perhaps someone can help me with this problem, I am really at the end of
my rope. I am unable to get sqwebmail to use the LDAP authentication
module properly. I am using sqwebmail 1.2.4, open ldap 1.2.11, qmail
1.03, courier-imap 1.3.3 and Redhat Linux 6.2 (2.2.14-5.0smp kernel)
The LDAP authentication works with the IMAP and POP servers without a
problem, but authentication fails every time with sqwebmail. I have
tried ./configuring with a number of options, but the basic ones I have
used are --with-authldap and --enable-https. The authdaemond.ldap
module is being compiled, I can run the authdaemon, the authldaprc is
exactly the same as my (functioning) IMAP server, but I still can't seem
to get Sqwebmail to let me in. I can't find any logs that pertain to it
either, does Sqwebmail (or authdaemon) log successes and failures
somewhere? If anyone could shed some light on this it would really help
me out!
