sqwebmail doesn't see my maildir

Hi, I've been using qmail and mutt for over a year with no problems.

I recently installed sqwebmail and I can log in but it doesn't
see my existing maildir folders. It doesn't see my inbox, and
creates .Trash, .Sent, and .Drafts folders within my maildir.

Does anyone know what's happening?
