the problem is that the configure script checks either for the availability
of that directory or for the possibility of the creation of the directory,
that is, lib_deps. in your case, configure fails with an error because the
parent directory does not exist.
when I got this error, all I had to do is is create manually all the dirs
and subdirs up to that directory and configure will do just fine.
this only happends if you did not have sqwebmail installed on your machine.
if you upgrade, you don't get this error.
I hope that this will be corrected in the next release, as it may cause
trouble to many people.
