deliverquota and sqwebmail

when using deliverquota and sqwebmail, and a user goes over the quota a
file maildirsize is created in the users Maildir directory

and the erase button starts giving the following error

Internal error (module maildir.c, line 748) - contact system administrator

any ideas on how to fix it ?
