how often should i call /usr/local/share/sqwebmail/cleancache.pl

 after install, it display:

 You must now create the following cron job that runs at
 regular intervals:

 su -c "/usr/local/share/sqwebmail/cleancache.pl" bin

 I don't know what is regular intervals, 1 hour, 2 hour or 1 day?
