I have been running a qmail server for a long time, a few month ago I have
moved to vpopmail with cdb, installed qmailadmin+sqwebmail and everything
worked fine. But now I have to scale my server and move the db to mysql. I
have successfully battled with mysql - and won, compiled vpopmail with :

and vpopmail works fine, along with qmailadmin. The problem came when I
tried to compile sqwebmail :

also tried to experiment with --enable-logincache
and --enable-webpass=vpopmail

it's probably missing some include files - does anyone know what is this and
how do I ./configure?
I am running RedHat7 (stripped down from most of the junk it comes with),
installed mysql rpm that came with it, including the mysql-devel.rpm
