(Off Topic) Radius Auth

I think this may be the wrong forum, but... 

Would it be possible, to simplify maintenance, to build a module for 
vpopmail and sqwebmail to use radius authentication? 

We are in the process of building new servers for radius authentication, 
email and dialup/dsl/wireless cusutomer web sites. 1 point of authentication 
would be nice, but not sql.
