Way back in the day, I wrote a banner program that pulled in a remote file
and hacked sqwebmail to allow URLs in the banner argument. Unfortunately, I
haven't done anything with sqwebmail since 0.3x, so I'm not sure if it will
help. I can send you what I have, though, if you're interested.
