Ok, I added some code to probe if --allow-secret-key-import is required.  If 
not, both "add public key" and "add private key" is going be exactly the 
same, though, which might be confusing.

That's a simple change too.  Try to run sqwebmail-1.2.5.20010321.tar.gz,
in ftp://courier.sourceforge.net/pub/courier/sqwebmail/, which will have 
both changes.
