Some files in /usr/local/share/sqwebmail/html/en-us got corrupted. You
could, of course, easily fix it:
echo iso-8859-1 >/usr/local/share/sqwebmail/html/en-us/CHARSET
However, you should really investigate the root cause of the corruption, and
why it happened.
