Would you mind locating even one instance where an explicit point size is
specified?
You will not find it.
It will also be rather difficult to find an explicit font family setting as
well. There are a couple of places where I specify a fixed width font, and
that's about it. The font sizes are always based on your browser's settings.
If they're too big, reconfigure your browser.
