I think this is what he meant. Omail http://wm.omnis.ch/omail.pl  actually
"selects all" with it's "Check All" feature and then you can see the checkmarks
appear, unlike sqwebmail.  Then you can unselect a few of them while deleting
the majority that you selected with the previous "one click".  Extremely handy
when dealing with hundreds of messages.

Hotmail(tm)  also works this way.
